설매리 여사 감사 편지

설매리 여가가 지난 7월 설대위 선교사 가족의 예수병원을 방문시에 예수병원 직원들의 환영에 감사하며 예수병원을 축복하는 편지를 예수병원 전직원과 합창단원에게 보내왔다.


예수병원 직원 여러분께 / 소중한 친구 같은 여러분의 눈빛과 얼굴을 보니 고국에 돌아온 것이 꿈만 같습니다. 하나님의 이름으로 축복합니다. 사랑과 경의를 표하며, 설매리

예수병원 합창단원께 / 제 손자들과 함께한 영광스러운 예수병원 방문을 회상해 보면 예상치 못했던 여러분들의 첫 환영 인사가 너무도 감동적이였습니다. 예수병원 합창단이 불러준, '새 병원 노래'를 들으면서 그리고 번역된 노래말을 읽는 동안 저는 다시 태어나는 것처럼 가슴이 뭉클했습니다. 그 감동이란 말로 표현할 수 없을 정도입니다. 다시금 젊은이처럼 어디든지 여러분들과 함께 하나님이 인도하시는 곳으로 가고 싶은 생각이 들었습니다. 예수 그리스도가 세상이 필요로 하는 답입니다. 사랑하는 여러분들을 위해 부족함이 없도록 항상 기도하겠습니다. 저를 위해 마련해 주셨던 공연과 주신 CD는 감사했습니다. 모든 영광을 하나님께 올리며, 사랑을 전합니다. 설매리

Dearest friends - the Jesus Hospital Choir / As I look back on my glorious home-coming with all of our grandchildren, I could not imagine any thing more insperational than first seeing all of my beloved friends. THEN the Hospital Choir sang the new "Hospital Song!" As I listened, reading the thoughtful translation, I was mould and touched beyond expression. What an inspiration! I wanted to be young again and go with you wherever God should load. Christ is the answer to the world's needs. I love you each one and ever continue to pray for each of you every day in evert way!
